IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organised a Workshop on "Time Management" for HR Specialisation students of BBA(2018-21) Batch on January 7, 2020.Under the initiative of interactive classroom learning HR Team of management department organised this work-shop.The session began with the introduction of HR TEAM and importance of time in today's era .People always complain that they are not left with time. But, since we all get the same 24 hours, why is it that some people achieve so much in the same time frame than others? The answer lies in good time management.The objective of this workshop is to make the students understand about the value of time and how to utilise their time properly to be more productive and successful.The discussion was initiated by Dr. Shilpi Sarna where she highlighted the common time wasters and how time management need shift in focus from activities to results. Prof. Vanchan Tripathi asked the students to calculate their time through small simulation exercise. Prof. Yagbala Kapil gave in-sight on Pareto's rule and asked the students to shortlist their day to day activities under important and urgent that helps them in saving and using their time efficiently. Prof. Nidhi Srivastava conduct a game to analyse the innovation and creativity among the students within the given time frame .The session ended with great zeal among the students and on a gratitude note to HR Team by Dr.Shilpi Sarna, Head HR Specialisation.

Students will understand the value of time and learn how to manage it effectively and efficiently to be more productive and successful.
