"A nation's culture resides in the hearts and the soul of its people." Republic Day is the national festival of India which reminds us about the sacrifices of our great leaders and freedom fighters who did not think about themselves and their families and happily sacrificed their lives for the nation. The democracy which we have received should be valued by everyone and should not be taken for granted. Everyone should contribute their bit for the development of the nation and spread peace, love and harmony. On 26th January, IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) celebrated the nation's 71st Republic Day with pride and patriotism. On this auspicious occasion the flag hosting by Dr. Sapna Rakesh (Director, IMS). And after that the festivities commenced on a musical note, followed by outstanding dance performances by the students of the cultural club. MOC?S of the event were Mr. Ashutosh and Ms. Shivi. Many students show their love for the nation by reciting poem, dancing and theatre club played a very beautiful act related to life of our soldiers. The whole event was swinging with devotion. The students of Robin Hood Army also presented a power-packed dance performance. The celebration ended with a happy note to uphold the uniqueness of our nation. Also everyone took the pledge to uphold the honor, dignity, pride, and integrity of our nation.
