The Sports Club of IMS Ghaziabad University Courses Campus took initiative #fitnessvideolockdownchallenge. This initiative was taken to imbibe the peace of mind among members of IMS family through workout or yoga video clip recorded by all our Fitness freaks.?The Sports Club sought 2minutes fitness video from students showing how they are keeping themselves fit during lockdown. Sports Club shared each video sent by students on daily basis. Sports club appreciate the contribution of following students for their contribution towards the fight against COVID-19. These videos were the source of encouragement of each of us. It was a great learning experience for students to contribute in #fitnessvideolockdownchallenge and remain positive, disciplined and competent even during this Pandemic era.
