In order to create a niche in the industry, one needs to have command over the specialization domain and job skill set. Career Development Centre at IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus organized a technical session for the registered students of eSEEDS-Batch 2 on 30 and 31 July 2020. The objective of the sessions was to prepare aspiring job aspirants to face the technical interview effectively, related to their respective domains. Experienced faculty subject experts-Dr. Indrani Bhattacherjee, Dr. Shipi Sarna, Dr. Kumar Saurav, Mr. Subhro Sen Gupta, Mr. Ashish Srivastava, Mr. Ashutosh Sharma, Mr. Alok Singh Chauhan, Mr.Surya Saxena, Ms. Anwesha Khanra, Ms. Anjula Chaudhary, Ms. Neha Anttal, Mr. Khursheed Alam and Ms. Kumkum were invited as resource persons from Management, IT, Bioscience and Journalism department. Students got great insights into the specialization domains along with the industry expectations. Speakers delineated the rudimentary concepts of the subjects and expounded the necessity of having a sound technical base in order to excel in the field. Faculty members also shared the questions that are mostly asked by the recruiters in the technical interview rounds along with crucial common competencies.
