BCA department of IMS University Courses Campus, organized 2 days Online Pre-orientation Program to welcome First Year Students of batch 2020-23 on 17 August 2020 at 10 AM. The motive of conducting pre-orientation program to provide the new students comprehensive information about the academic events and different activities conducted at IMSUC. After welcome note, Dr. Gagan Varshney, Chairperson-BCA had given the brief introduction of BCA department. The awareness of Specialization that is the unique feature of IMS, Ghaziabad University Courses Campus was given by Dr. Alok Singh Chauhan, Assistant Professor-BCA. Introduction about the clubs of BCA department was given by the club heads of various clubs. Brief introduction regarding Toastmaster club and Emerging Tech Cell was given by BCA final year students Mr. Rajat Kumar and Rohit Yadav. The first day activity was ended by filling of registration form and submission of various documents.
 

The second day program was started at 10 AM with online mode that was started with the introduction of EWL (Earn While Learn) by the member of EWL and student of BCA 2 year Ms. Deepali Tomar. After the introduction of EWL, the BCA second year students had organized ice-breaking session for the new student for the interaction among themselves. In the ice-breaking session, various fun activities were organized for new students. The new batch of BCA had enjoyed all the activities. The second day of the pre-orientation program was ended with formal vote of thanks by Ms. Neeru Saxena, Assistant Professor-BCA.
