REPORT OF GUEST LECTURE / WORKSHOP

Summary of the Event:

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Club of IMS Ghaziabad organized a workshop on ?Play with Android Studio? on 1^st July 2021, Thursday which was the continuation of the previous workshop to give more hands on practice on Android Application development. In the workshop students get familiar with the functionalities of Android Studio which was explained in a very professional manner through the resource person. The workshop emphasized on programming languages used for making apps which included Kotlin and Java. Few applications like scientific calculator was also  explained in the workshop. Queries were also handled in the very satisfactory manner through the trainer. The workshop was ended in 90 minutes with the curiosity to have such workshops in future.

Learning Outcome :

• Concept of Android application.
• Different platform used in Android
• How to create a scientific calculator by using Android.
