Summary of the Event:

School of Information Technology of IMS Ghaziabad, University Courses Campus AI & ML club organized Workshop on “Machine Learning and Benefits” on 29 March 2022 from 03:00 PM onwards at Computer Lab 3. The aim of the workshop to give awareness about the latest technology in the software world.

The workshop was started with the brief introduction of AI & ML. Artificial Intelligence is composed of two words Artificial and Intelligence, where Artificial defines "man-made," and intelligence defines "thinking power", hence AI means "a man-made thinking power.so the Intelligence is an intangible part of our brain which is a combination of Reasoning, learning, problem-solving perception, language understanding, etc. To achieve the above factors for a machine or software Artificial Intelligence requires the following discipline:  Mathematics, Biology , Psychology , Sociology, Computer Science, Neurons Study , Statistics . Deep learning is a type of machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) that imitates the way humans gain certain types of knowledge. Deep learning is an important element of data science, which includes statistics and predictive modeling. Machine learning is the study of computer algorithms that can improve automatically through experience and by the use of data. It is seen as a part of artificial intelligence. The students of other courses also attended the workshop to know about the most demanding technology in the software world.

Query session was conducted and all the resource persons handled the queries in the most efficient manner. The event was ended by distributing certificates to all the resource persons. The students were expected more such workshops to be conducted to enhance the knowledge in the latest technology.
