Guest lecture are one of the most important aspects of college curriculum and completes the overall academia experience. It helps Students gather initial glimpse into the corporate world and it's senior executives showcasing their leadership qualities. Towards the same IMS Ghaziabad (university courses campus) organized a guest lecture on 22nd April 2017 for its BBA batch.
The key note speaker was Mr.Nilanjan Mukherjee, who is an IIM Lucknow alumini and 12+ years of rich experience across prominent business groups like Motorola and Tata. Presently, he is associated with Relaxo Footwears as Assistant General Manager-Human Resource (HR). Mr.Mukherjee had an interaction with students regarding the seven pillars of success in corporate. He reflected upon each pillar by sharing examples from his personal as well as from his professional life. It was an enriching experience which would have resulted in immense value enhancement of the entire BBA batch
