BBA Department of IMS, Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) has organized a guest Lecture on " Evolution and Trends in HRM " on 6th May 2017. Human Resource is the important function of every company and known for the better development of employees to meet up challenges of todays competitive world. The key note speaker was Mr. Anshul Sharma, Head- Human Resource. Presently, He is associated with Simon India Ltd. He has rich and vast experience of 14+ years in the area of HR and worked across prominent business groups like Larsen & Toubro, Hindustan Lever & Ambuja Cements. Mr. Sharma had an interaction with students and reflected upon the opportunities in HR Profession, He discussed the keys to be a successful professional by sharing examples from his personal as well as from his professional life. It was an enriching experience which would have resulted in immense value enhancement of the entire BBA batch.
