BBA Department of IMS, Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) has organized a guest Lecture on "Training & Development and Career Planning" on 25th September 2018. Training and Development is the important function of every organisation which equip them to meet the challenges of today's VUCA world.

The guest for the lecture was Mr.Puneet Naaz Arora, Director-HR. He is presently working with PureSoftware Pvt. Ltd. He has rich and vast experience of 17 years in the area of HR and worked with the companies like Innodata India as Head HR, Ipsos Market Research as AVP HR to name a few.

This Lecture has covered areas like career opportunities in HR Profession, what are the keys to be a good professional as HR and Principle of Twenty which we all should practice in your life; he has also talked about the Law of Jungle. In the end it has proved to be a great brain storming session for the Students as they had cleared all their doubts which will surely act as a stepping stone in their careers.
