IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organized Sports Fest- Indoor Battle on 31st Jan to 4th Feb, 2019. The objective of Sports fest was to make students to showcase and enhance their skills in different indoor games. The matches of Badminton, Table Tennis, Carrom and Chess were organized for girls and boys separately.

The day one was started with knockout matches around 3pm on 31st January. Great participation was seen from students as players. All the participants performed amazingly. A great interest was observed among the students, faculties and staff members. All of them came in a large number to enjoy the matches. More than 250 students participated in Sports Fest at very first day. Next day, we also started with new energy and great enthusiasm. Winners, of knockout matches, have showed their skills set in their preferred matches and earned the places in quarter and semifinals.

Finally the day has arrived, after playing so hard, there was time to play final battle. They put their best and declared winners and runner up in each games.

Shivam Meena and Aditya Dhanraj secured 1st and 2nd position in carrom boys' tournament.
Ishita and Shweta secured 1st and 2nd position in carrom girls' tournament.
Rishab and Govind secured 1st and 2nd position in Badminton boys' tournament.
Shweta Mehta and Reetika Aggrawal secured 1st and 2nd position in Badminton girls' tournament.
Deepankar and Prashant secured 1st and 2nd position in Chess boys' tournament.
Ruchi and Deeksha secured 1st and 2nd position in Chess girls' tournament.
Sumit Kumar and Amit secured 1st and 2nd position in Table Tennis boys' tournament.

The event ends around 5pm with the pursuit of holistic development of tomorrows? performers. Dr. Sapna Rakesh (Director, IMS Ghaziabad- University Courses Campus) congratulated the students and motivated them towards their learning and achievements.
