A guest lecture on Cyber Crime, Cyber Forensic and Cyber Law was conducted on 9th August 2019 for students of BCA 2nd year by BCA department to make them aware about the cybercrimes & cyber laws that is a challenge in today's technical world. The lecture was taken by Mr. Puneet Nagpal, an advocate and also has an experience of working in various organizations. He discussed about the real world cybercrimes like Web Defacement, Online Illegal sale of articals, Hacking, Financial Crimes, Social Networking Websites Fake Profiles, Phishing, SMShing and many more. He told the students about Information Technology Act 2000 and the need of cyber law. He discussed about various criminal offenses under IT Act 2000 that can lead a person in trouble .It was an interactive session as the students were very curious to know about the various laws and raised many queries to which Mr Nagpal answered very well.
