Guest Lecture on IHRM

The lecture incepted with the wonderful welcome speech by Ms. Avantika Agarwal then the session was further taken ahead by Mr. Kapil Tyagi, Resource Manager at Saxon Global Inc. He stared the session by an attention grabbing question of why HR? Subsequently, he introduced us about the typical HRM functions such as recruitment, selection, training and development, performance appraisal and dismissal done at international level and additional activities such as global skills management, expatriate management, difference between domestic HRM and International HRM, HR roles and responsibilities, IHRM function, different Labor laws, sources of recruitment, selection and training, motivation process, organizational design and structure of international corporations, locus of decision-making, head quarter - subsidiary relationship in international business enterprise, Source of recruitment, type of jobs, International HR Tools, motivation processes, structure of organization, relationship between HQ and subsidiaries, Locus of decision Making, centralization and decentralization, then he ended the session with the question answer round KPIs and IHRM.
