The Mathemania Club of IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organised an activity "Pop to Solve" on 18th November 2019 (Monday) Around 25 teams took part in the event out of which 10 teams made it to the final round after the screening process. The teams consisted of 2 students in each. In this activity, 1 student was to solve the questions and the other one was required to pop the balloons to get questions hidden inside the balloons. The 2nd person was blindfolded, therefore he would be instructed by his/her other half to pick up a balloon and bring it back to him/her so that he/she could solve the question given inside the balloon. For this activity, the teams were given 6 minutes each. It was indeed a great activity which boosted not only the mathematical skills of students but also their motor skills as well. The participants and the audience present enjoyed the activity and the top 3 teams were awarded with trophies and certificates.
