Journalism & Mass Communication Department at IMS (University Courses Campus) Ghaziabad organized a Guest Lecture on "Reporting for Print Media" on 24th July, 2019 for the students of BJMC programme. The Guest Speaker, Mr. Roushan Kumar Jha who is an acclaimed Sports Editor at Nav Bharat times shared his work experience at the industry with the students. Mr. Roushan Kumar Jha introduced students to the rules for reporting for Print Media. He also gave an insight to the students about the growing competition in the world of media and how to cope up with the challenges. His examples produced vivid images in the mind of the students and motivated them to put in their heart and soul into the programme. The lecture was attended by all the students of BJMC programme and faculty members of IMS Ghaziabad. The lecture resulted in an active and informative learning platform. Learning Outcome: Students learned about the basics required for Print media reporting, they got to know the qualities and skills required for a reporter ad also they got to know the difference between TV and Print media reporting.
