IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) organised Women’s day on the occasion of International Women’s Week Celebration on March 2,2020 from 3:00pm onwards.International Women’s Day is celebrated globally on March 8,2020 that unifies tenacity and drives action for gender parity, while celebrating the social, cultural, economic and political achievements of women.The objective  of this celebration is to honour each woman who have contributed directly or indirectly in the success of organisation.The program was initiated with the blessings from Lord Ganesha followed by scintillating band performance by students and faculty members Dr.Indrani Bhattacharjee and Prof.Yagbala Kapil.The HR club also organises various games where audience took active participation and won goodies.Dr.Geeti Sharma, Chairperson Management Department,Dr.Abha Vashishtha, Chairperson Biosciences felicitated each woman with badges titled Proud Woman and congratulated the HR Team for organising the event.Dr.Shilpi Sarna gave a melodious performance by singing a song dedicated to all female fraternity. Secretary HR club Ms.Avni Agarwal dedicated a poem highlighting the importance and position of woman in the development of nation.

The session ended with great zeal and enthusiasm amongst all the woman and on a gratitude note by Dr.Shilpi Sarna Head HR specialisation to HR Team and students of HR Club.
