Summary of the event- 

To equip faculty and staff with modern communication skills by integrating cutting-edge AI tools and techniques, enabling them to communicate more effectively, efficiently, and professionally in both academic and administrative contexts. The session specifically demonstrated the practical use of advanced AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini. Participants learned how these tools can assist in drafting well-structured emails, generating professional content, summarizing lengthy texts, creating reports, enhancing grammar and tone, and even supporting multilingual communication. By exploring real-world applications, the session aimed to build digital confidence among staff and foster a culture of tech-enabled communication across the institution.
